Cloud pleaser: cat looks for new home

A “SWEET” cat who was thrown from a carrier case and abandoned in Finsbury Park is looking for a new home.

Seven-year-old black and white cat Cloud came into the care of the RSPCA after he was abandoned. A member of the public reported seeing two people leave Cloud at just before midnight on June 6.

Aneel Odwhani, animal care assistant at RSPCA Southall Cattery where Cloud currently lives, said: “He remained frozen to the spot where he had been left, he didn’t even move his head. He wasn’t injured but he laid in the same spot for a whole hour, likely out of fear.

“After everything he has been through, Cloud really deserves to find his forever home.”

Ms Odwhani described Cloud as a “sweet boy” who can be “shy at first” but added: “Once he gets to know you and trusts you, he is very friendly.”
