The cannabis farm had a street value of almost £70,000
A CANNABIS farm worth almost £70,000 has been busted by police.
Drugs squad officers acting on information passed to police raided a property in Holloway Road last month.
Dozens of plants and trees were discovered and seized, with the stash said to have an estimated street value of £67,500. An investigation has now been opened but no arrests have been made.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “With drug supply frequently linked to knife crime and abhorrent anti-social behaviour we are pleased that the drugs seized from the warrant will not make their way into our local community.
We would always advise the public that should they have information or concerns please get in touch with your local Safer Neighbourhood officers.”
