Suspected arson at Upper Street takeaway

POLICE are investigating a suspected arson attack after a fire damaged part of a Greek takeaway in Upper Street this week.
Four fire engines and 21 firefighters were called to a large fire at the Holy Pitta restaurant at 2am on Monday.
A man was treated for smoke inhalation and woman was treated for shock at the scene.
Police launched an arson investigation, treating the blaze as suspicious, and are appealing for witnesses. No arrests have been made.
A restaurant manager said the front of the shop was damaged but hoped it could reopen to customers at the weekend.
