“Help us make a difference to adult education in Camden”

We’re looking for a new

Chair for WMC, Camden’s Adult College.

The WMC has served adult learners for over 160 years.

Our mission – to provide diverse, enriching and enjoyable lifelong learning, including skills for work, in a supportive environment for adults in Camden and the local area – is as relevant today as it was when we were founded in 1854.

The college has an outstanding Ofsted rating, strong finances, a committed staff body, enthusiastic students, and an experienced board. After 9 successful years, our Chair is now stepping down, and we are looking for a new Chair to lead the college in delivering its mission in today’s fast changing context.

If you have knowledge of adult and further education, experience of governance, and the desire to make a real difference to adult learners in Camden, we would welcome your application.
