MARY FEILDING GUILD A registered charity and long established care home for the active elderly. Located in Highgate N6, we have a very friendly environment and provide high quality care for our residents.
As the Chef who is “second in command” you will be responsible for running the kitchen and producing excellent food for a discerning client group.
You will work half the week alone and half with the Chef Manager and provide cover when he is away ensuring: the highest culinary standards; staff supervision; managing food standards; purchasing and storage; maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen and helping to create new recipes and menus.
